Healthy Fit Boot Camp is designed with YOU in mind.

Our 4-week program offers group fitness instruction that is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities (male or female) ages 15+. If you live in or around Tracy, CA and want to get in shape, drop those extra pounds, build lean muscle, and actually have fun doing it...then HEALTHY FIT is for you!!!

Healthy Fit Boot Camp is a great way to exercise with friends and neighbors in our community and was started as a way to help as many people as possible achieve health & fitness success. The class is led by Rich Rodriguez, an ISSA and NCCPT Certified Fitness Trainer, as well as an ISSA Certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition. You will be taught and asked to perform a variety of exercises, utilizing our F.I.T. System as a way to build strength, increase your metabolism, firm & tone your muscles, and maximize FAT BURN!

You will be taught proper form and shown modified versions so that you are NEVER left behind. You will also be encouraged to push yourself within your physical limits, but never asked to perform an exercise outside of your ability. YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT IN!

You will sweat, grunt, moan, smile, laugh, and most importantly...you’ll be proud of your accomplishments and your decision to make Healthy Fit Boot Camp a part of your life!
